🍦 Peanut Butter Oreo Yogurt Popsicles
A chilled, kid-friendly, protein-packed dessert made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and chunks of Oreo cookies — perfect for hot days!

🛒 Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1/4 cup milk (any kind, for thinning)

6–8 Oreo cookies, crushed

Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions:
🔹 Step 1: Mix the Base
In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth and creamy.
🔹 Step 2: Fold in Oreos
Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies. Leave some chunky pieces for texture.
🔹 Step 3: Fill Molds
Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds. Tap the molds lightly to remove air pockets.
🔹 Step 4: Insert Sticks & Freeze
Add popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
🔹 Step 5: Unmold & Serve
Run warm water over the outside of the mold for 10–15 seconds to easily release the popsicles.
