🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 1 bell pepper (yellow or red, diced)

  • 1 small cucumber (diced)

  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)

  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (sliced)

  • 1/3 cup feta cheese (crumbled)

  • Fresh dill or parsley (for garnish)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove minced)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
