A juicy, vibrant fruit salad with sweet mangoes, fresh berries, citrus, and a refreshing chia-honey-lime dressing. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or summer sides!

1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced

1/2 cup strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries

1 kiwi, peeled and chopped (optional)

1/2 banana, sliced (optional – add just before serving)

1–2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped (optional)
🍯 Chia-Lime Dressing:

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)

1/2 tsp lime zest (optional)

1–2 tbsp water (to thin dressing as needed)

🔹 Step 1: Mix the Dressing
Mix chia seeds, honey/maple, lime juice, zest, and water in a small bowl or jar. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it slightly gels.
🔹 Step 2: Prep the Fruit
Wash, peel, and chop all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Combine in a large bowl.
🔹 Step 3: Toss It Together
Pour the chia-lime dressing over the fruit. Toss gently to coat evenly.
🔹 Step 4: Chill & Serve
Let it chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes for the best flavor. Top with mint just before serving.
