A Mediterranean-style pizza topped with juicy gyro meat, tangy feta cheese, tzatziki sauce, and fresh veggies — perfect for a bold, flavorful dinner.

🛒 Ingredients:

🔹 For the Base:

  • 1 pre-made or homemade pizza dough (12-inch)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

🔹 For the Toppings:

  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1 cup cooked gyro meat (lamb, beef, or chicken — sliced thin)

  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber (optional, for garnish)

  • Fresh dill or parsley (for garnish)

🔹 For the Drizzle:

  • Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

✅ Step 1: Prep the Dough

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out your pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic over the base.

✅ Step 2: Add Cheese & Meat

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the dough. Top with gyro meat slices, red onion, tomatoes, and crumbled feta.

✅ Step 3: Bake

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

✅ Step 4: Top & Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce and top with fresh cucumbers, dill, or parsley. Slice and serve warm!


🧄 Homemade Tzatziki (optional):

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped dill

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and chill before drizzling.
