🍪 Copycat Crumbl Mom’s Cookies
A chewy, buttery cookie loaded with oats, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and creamy peanut butter chips — just like Mom used to make!

🛒 Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

1 cup light brown sugar, packed

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs
-
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 cup old-fashioned oats
-
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
¾ cup peanut butter chips
-
Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
👨🍳 Instructions:
🔹 Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
🔹 Step 2: Cream Butter & Sugar
In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
🔹 Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
🔹 Step 4: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture. Mix just until combined.
🔹 Step 5: Add Oats & Chips
Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips (and nuts if using).
🔹 Step 6: Scoop & Chill
Use a large cookie scoop to portion dough onto baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes if you prefer thicker cookies.
🔹 Step 7: Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and centers are just set.
Let cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
🍯 Optional Add-ins:

Sprinkle sea salt on top before baking for a flavor boost.
