🛒 Ingredients:

🔹 For the Chicken:

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders or sliced chicken breasts

  • 1 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tsp vinegar)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

🔹 For the Breading:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes (extra crispy!)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne

🔹 For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp honey or brown sugar (for a touch of sweetness)





👨‍🍳 Instructions:

✅ Step 1: Marinate

  1. Combine chicken, buttermilk, and spices in a bowl. Let sit for at least 15–30 minutes (or refrigerate up to 4 hours).

✅ Step 2: Bread the Chicken

  1. In a separate bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

  2. Remove chicken from marinade, dredge in the dry mix, pressing to coat well.

✅ Step 3: Cook

  • Oven: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Air Fryer: 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 mins, shake halfway.

  • Pan-Fried: Shallow-fry in oil until golden and cooked through (about 3–4 minutes per side).

✅ Step 4: Toss in Buffalo Sauce

  1. Melt butter, mix with hot sauce and honey.

  2. Toss warm chicken tenders in buffalo sauce just before serving.
