Golden roasted cauliflower florets with a light seasoning and crisp edges — the perfect healthy snack or side dish.

1 medium head of cauliflower (cut into florets)

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Optional: 2 tbsp nutritional yeast or grated Parmesan (vegan or regular)

👨🍳 Instructions:
🔹 Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
🔹 Step 2: Season Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. If using, add nutritional yeast or Parmesan.
🔹 Step 3: Bake
Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are golden and crisp.
