🥦 Baked Cauliflower (Crispy & Flavorful!)

Golden roasted cauliflower florets with a light seasoning and crisp edges — the perfect healthy snack or side dish.

  • Bake Time: 25–30 minutes

  • Total Time: ~35–40 minutes

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (cut into florets)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 2 tbsp nutritional yeast or grated Parmesan (vegan or regular)

  • Optional toppings: lemon juice, chopped parsley, tahini drizzle


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

🔹 Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

🔹 Step 2: Season Cauliflower

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. If using, add nutritional yeast or Parmesan.

🔹 Step 3: Bake

Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are golden and crisp.

🔹 Step 4: Serve

Sprinkle with parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve warm as a side or snack.


Variations:

  • Spicy: Add chili powder or cayenne.

  • Cheesy: Top with shredded cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.

  • Buffalo Style: Toss baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce for a spicy version!
